"Rainbow
6, the most
realistic game out there."

Ever want to play a game where 5.6 billion
lives depended on you? That's how it feels when your whole team
is decimated by tangos, a term Anti-Terrorists operatives use
to describe terrorists. This game is based on Tom Clancy's novel.
Single Player is where most players start, and it gets you used
to the basics before you trudge onto Multi-Player. Just remember,
this is real life strategy game. You can't just run into a room
mowing down tangos, cause a single shot will end your life. You
also plan your teams action, their way points, and where a go
code is required to move onto the next way point. That's basically
what single player is all about it.
Multi-Player is where the real action is. Log on to the internet
and play either on the Internet
Gaming Zone or MPlayer.
You can also manually join someone's game if you know their IP.
Normally games handle about 16 people, and with the connections
people have these days, lag isn't so bad. Some of them are getting
their higher education by hosting games of Rainbow 6 on the University
T1. :o) Generally, most are people with cable modems who host
the games. If you get programs such as Battle
Comm or Roger Wilco,
the game only gets more fun. You can speak to your teammates using
the mic. I highly recommend it. In The Fifth Annual PC Gamer Awards,
Rainbow 6 was in several categories. Rainbow 6 was ranked 3rd
for The Game of the Year, ranked 1st for The Best Action Game,
and ranked 1st for The Best Multi-Player Game. You can always
check out the official web site, Rainbow6.com.
Upgrades: Eagle Watch
You can also check out the Red
Storm Entertainment web site for more information or to order.
